Starting as a humble cook, he found inspiration in the flavors of his homeland, the bold tastes of Greece, and the vibrant spices of the Levant. From these influences, he nurtured a vision—to one day open a restaurant where diverse culinary traditions come together on one plate, a reflection of his journey and his passion.
